It wasn't until 2017 that I started my training in Reiki, only to aquire my Reiki Masters certificate in 2019 and not long after that I was introduced to breathwork which I’m now a practitioner in Dynamic Myofascial Mobilization (DMM). A modality that is a mix of bodywork and breathwork which is explained more on this website.

I personally have had profound shifts and experiences with the modalities I offer, I’ve seen the powerful results in others and now offer space for clients to feel the life changing benefits of this work.

I’ve been working with people as a personal trainer for over a decade, one thing I’ve noticed over that time is their physical capacity or performance depends on the state of their mind and how their energy felt on the day of their sessions. Almost majority that had trauma or emotional issues couldn’t perform to their full potential, once the issue shifted I found the client was stronger and performed better.

This is why I am following the call to offer space for this work, it’s powerful and life changing.

I’m not a healer or guru, only a guide to give you the tools and environment to bring the body back into homeostasis. (A state of balance among all the body systems needed for the body to survive and function correctly.)

  I also practice Geomancy knowing we have a connection to the Earth and feel the calling to help heal her. Understanding we humans are closely connected and are a part of the Earth I wanted to work in synergy with both, the being and the land. The ancients knew this and were very connected to their landscapes. The land not dissimilar to us can have energy blocks or trauma that affects the flow of energy, which can result in a lack of flow in our life. Incase you haven't realised by now, if the land you live on isn't in alignment energetically, it can have an affect on your live. Like Feng Shui in the home, I do feng Shui on the land.

There is a massive shift of conciousness on the earth at the moment, some call it the great awakening. Things need to change and are changing. We need to shine our authentic light to make the shift, we are encouraged to come back to the heart, work towards compassion to change the world we live in, more that do this, the quicker the world will shift to an easier place to exist. By releasing the emotions that your body stores, that you may have pushed deep down for how ever long, can you heal from the past, become a new version of yourself and move forward with clarity, love and ease.

I feel drawn, my calling if you will, to help as many raise their frequency/vibration at this time. How I do that is through the modalities I offer and the 100% support to each client throughout their journey with me.
