Why In-Home
Joining a group of strangers at a space breathing together can be an amazing experience, but not everybody can fully relax and let go in an environment they aren’t familiar with. That is why I have created the option to come to you.
The reason I hold space for groups is to help people relax, to find peace by breathing a certain way that calms the nervous system, which in turn softens and supports the body bringing it into a feeling of safety, allowing what has been stuck in the tissues to release.
The In-Home sessions add to the feeling of safety as it is a place you are familiar and comfortable with as are the people around you. Another layer that enhances the experience of what these sessions can offer.
